As a foundations pillar that focuses on governance, leadership is a big script on mentorship and empowerment programs from school to citizens environment. Basically we are more fixated on making better leaders for a country that does not mentor young leaders for tomorrow is a failed nation. As a foundation our leadership projects designs our mentees to uphold integrity and non- discriminative values towards their respective subjects. In this pillar we have leadership without discrimination drive that is a program that champion for excellent leadership delivery of service to persons serving the people in whatever field. In activities we have outreach community leadership Forums for leadership education, school leadership programs ,youth mentorship programs, children leaders program and Leaders forum initiative for everyone in leadership, Camping forums, networking programs and many more.
This pillar aims at improving academic standards in the community, and facilitates and encourages the community to embrace the quality and accessibility of education.
